Additionally, she drives and supports the company’s strategic initiatives, aligning operational excellence with the firm’s long-term goals.

Before joining the firm, Beth spent 14 years with an SEC-registered investment adviser, where she held various roles, including 3 years as Chief Compliance Officer. In this capacity, she oversaw regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance, gaining deep expertise in the complexities of investment operations.

Beth has earned the prestigious Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation, underscoring her dedication to upholding the highest standards in compliance and operational integrity.
