Adam Frieman is a seasoned Wall Street executive with over 35 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. Throughout his career, Adam has worked closely with Corporate America, raising capital, investing in emerging growth businesses, and advising C-suite executives on mergers and acquisitions.

Adam honed much of his expertise at UBS, where he served as Deputy Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets and Head of Equity Risk Management. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in executing complex transactions, managing risk, and driving value for clients across a range of industries.

As a recognized leader in financial services, Adam now leads the firm’s efforts to forge strategic partnerships with centers of influence and registered investment advisors across the continental U.S., leveraging his deep industry knowledge and extensive network to drive growth and innovation.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
